How It Works
Once you call in and state your name, you’ll have to complete a set of CX challenges that show off your voice and your ability to stay composed.
Challenge 1:
The Basics
Repeat a few phrases like a normal support agent would. Think “Who do I have the pleasure to speak with this evening?”

Strange Calls
After processing millions of support calls, our agents have had to say some of the wackiest things with a straight face. It’s your turn to try.
Challenge 3:
The Difficult Customer
The final challenge is finding a way to navigate a difficult customer who’s gotten their hands on the company’s T&C.
